Doctor Faustus By Christopher Marlowe

The director's visual concept was Elizabethan meets Heavy Metal. Lucifer is based loosely on Billy Idol (the codpiece was simple: we pop riveted scales cut from soft drink cans to an athletic cup). The actors portraying the seven deadly sins also played various roles, and were clad in a basic mottled green leotard.
